Aquaguard classic+ Enquiry reason: cancel my order Enquiry sub reason : 18 Query after the product was delivered and the first person came for installation, we were informed that there is some technical problem for which a technician shall visit on his first visit the technician informed that the adapter was not proper and he shall come again. On the next day the technician comes with another adapter but again he informs us that this adapter too is not compatible with the machine. The company people are not trained for which adapter suits this particular machine.. We have made numerous calls to mr siddique on[protected] who is supposed to be the manager for this part of the city. He does not attend to our calls anymore. Have we made a big mistake by buying a machine made by eureka forbes. We want this unit to be taken back at the earliest and the money refunded a. S. A. P. The above mail was sent to eureka forbes on 18/03/2017. No action by the company. Second mail sent today (24/03/2017) Making an advance online payment after the visit of two of your salesmen firoz siddiqui and one more we purchased a water purifier, a machine named as dr aquaguard classic plus on friday 10th march 2017. Even before the machine was delivered we received around 10-12 calls from different people of eureka forbes enquiring about the delivery, installation and whether the machine was working properly. It was delivered on tuesday the 14th of march 2017. The person came to install on wednesday the 15th of march 2017. During the installation he mentioned that there is some technical problem and a technician will visit and do the needful. The next day 16th march 2017 the technician found that the adapter of the machine was not working. He assured to get another adapter the next day. On 17th march 2017 the technician came with another adapter which too was not compatible with the machine. He also mentioned that there is some problem with the motherboard. He called on to his superior ms shilpa and informed her. Ms shilpa assured that the needful would be done within 2-3 days. We have been repeatedly calling up the company but all people have just given false assurances but no action. During all these days we kept on calling firoz siddiqui who did not answer any of our calls. We had sent a mail earlier too.. Yet not answered by the company. We do not want to keep the machine so as informed in our previous mail kindly take your machine back and repay our money at the earliest. We have made a big mistake by purchasing the machine and made "friends for life". We just expect the company to take the defected machine back and return back our hard earned money as soon as possible.
