[Resolved]  Eureka Forbes — i am so many time complaint to customer care but not resolve my problem

The machine is under amc.
Last 15 days machine is not working. I have lodged complaint with service centre on 05/11/2017 but till date the complaint is not resolved. I have made several enquiries with service centre but till date my complaint is not attended. I am so many time complaint to customer care but not resolve my problem. Due to this i am facing severe inconvinience and really upset with the product quality and service.
I once again request you to resolve it immediately. I am also approaching consumer forum with this complaint.

Eureka Forbes are fraud people. The customer care to service people even you complaint to the customer support head. They all are rude and very very pathetic in customer service and satisfaction. If you complaint them they say " to aap dusra water purifier laga lo na" So I switched to Kent. They don't want to hold on to there customers nor they have attitude to be with them. The company has sick policies. Actually its just a name to say policy but they are looting people. Just because they had been first movers in the series of purifiers they think they can manipulate. But its an request to everyone Boycott them. They don't deserve to be in market.

I'm not interested in sharing no. as your representatives call us and misbehave on phone especially ladies contacting multiple times and misbehaving and asking to go for any other products available in market other then Eureka Forbes (As you are the superior most).
