Hi team, I am still waiting for response, dose this complain reach to top management As i said i want the 2 year extension of amc as i lost my 2 year paid amc, with out getting proper service and part replacement, in time, every time eureka forbes support team takes very long time to address the issue, after we do n number of followup and raising complain consumer forum we get response Note:lots of new technical played with our unit and which caused not working as it should be working to work, if your team does not have part available then amc contract are made with customer. Team every time i am getting info that my complain are escalated and eureka forbes will address soon my request demand. But i think they never care of customer and doing same thing again by not responding to customer Note still my unit not fully working condition I want this to reach top management in eureka forbe Was this information helpful? | |||
