Following on the complain [protected] aug and today i got escalation complain after i ask hd to raise complain for escaltion[protected]th aug helpdesk team said they have updated escalation comment and it will be address asap, i really know when asap will come for escalation manager to read such complain.., Waiting for Kavitha mail, as discussed with her on call, it more then 3 week, I see every time Eureka Forbes do like this with there customer . Sir, one and half month ago to stall but 5-6 stance we are getting some problem like low water recharge and pipeline delink inner part.service center ranchi can not success problem shooting.request replace it.sunil rai.
