for your information I want the complete AMC amount or extension of AMC two year,
when your team not ready to attend the complain when I have register to your service desk, after doing n number followup on this and raising complain in consumer complain forum .
I am getting response and service, does this way you respond the platinum customer, not sure then how your team will respond the silver and gold customer .
when we have AMC with you same time you are responsible to give the service in time for that only we have paid AMC fee right.
now your team failed again and every time I hear from you team next time or in future it will not happen again .
but it happen 4th time with me, which i can't tolerate any more,
get me complete AMC amount or extension of AMC two year
you can see the attached feedback, it show how responsible your team to respond, going to be month does this way you work like this to get and read the customer feedback and address them ?
