Eureka Forbes — I'm complaining about misconduct and my request being ignored

We were earlier delivered a defective machine anyways and then after complaint got delivered another machine and now we regret buying it as it never actually works. Giving us problems literally every year. So, I lodged a complaint two weeks earlier as our machine simply stopped working. A technician arrived and checked our machine and told that a part is damaged and that he have to look for that part and will be back in two or three days and would replace it. It's been a week now and the technician is still not here. We are tired of lodging complaints and reminding executives about it but there's no resolution. We already have an AMC and I don't think I am getting any benifits out of that.
