We filed a complaint for an issue with our vacuum cleaner on 21st of September. A technician was supposed to pay a visit within a time slot they allotted the next day. However, no further communication was made with us. We went back and filed another complaint 2-3 days later. Same behaviour. And as of now weâve made almost 5 complaints asking them to pay us a visit and they never follow through.
We went back to read the reviews for the company and turns out they do this often with people especially the oneâs whoâs warranty would be expiring soon, in our case next month.
