Eureka Forbes — Improper Service and Behavior

I am using a Eureka Forbes water purifying machine and it is not working porperly. Its been more than a month filing complaints to the customer care but there has been no action to rectify the problem. Also the behavior of the agents and supervisors has been pretty bad. Mr. Nitin who tells to be the the supervisor behaves very badly. Contact No. [protected] Mr. Atul - [protected] Ms. Kumud - [protected] These are the people i have come in contact with. And they have replied in the worst ever manner. They seem to have no solution to the problems. I have been pathetically behaved by these people and still not come to the solution. Infact Ms. Kumud working at the service center tends to say that we are creating problems for her, which seems to be a funny thing as i am the one who is calling them from past one month to get the Water Purifier i.e. Aquaguard i-nova repaired. All these people have created problems for me as well as my family. I made almost 50 calls to get it done, but there was no action taken. and now the limits have crossed. I find no way to get my problem solved. Kindly take the necessary action against these people and get my machine repaired. Thanks Jatin Anand [protected]
