I wish to bring to your notice that there has been a problem with my vacuum cleaner. The dust close clip is broken, Also the machine switches off immediately within a minute of switching it on. As a result we are unable to use the vacuum cleaner. On issuing a complaint over toll free number in November, Mr. Suresh Babu visited our place, identified the problem and charged Rs. 530/- f(or just visiting and identifying the problem) He conveyed that he would come and replace the parts once he recieves the parts from the company. Till now this replacement has not happened inspite of repeated toll free complaint registration The additional complaint numbers subsequent to Mr. Suresh's visit are as below. Dec 22 : [protected] Dec 24 : [protected] Jan 28 : [protected] Jan 29 : [protected] The technician Mr. Suresh and his manager Mr. Arun donot lift our calls and give misleading information. While Mr suresh conveyed that he will replace the parts at our house itself, Mr. Arun is conveying that this can't be done at home. Request you to look into the matter and ensure that the vacuum cleaner is repaired through a trust worthy technician and at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||
