Sir,
I m very disappointed on your company's (Eureka Forbes) approach. This is not fair that company increases the annual maintenance charges every year. We are not able to pay such increased amount. Last year from 20/4/2016 to 29/4/2017 we paid Rs.1950/- as a maintenance amt. Today I recd call from your service centre for contract renewal, he said that from next month i.e. from 1st Apr.2017 the amount is going to shoot by Rs.450/-. This is really worse.
How can we pay this increasing amt.
When we purchased your water purifier
in 2008 your representative didn't inform us about this increasing amt. every year for maintenance. That time we rethink about purchase of your company's water purifier. Please don't increase the annual maintenance charges every year.
Kindly take the action on this complaint as soon as possible. Otherwise we have to ban on purchasing your products.
