I had purchased a water purifier from your company on 20.12.2015 of model no- Dr.Aquaguard Magna RO/UV+HD. The order number for the same is :[protected]. we have since requested the service branch located at kalyani location for installation of the machine, but no one has turned up for the same till date. I have also had a word with service executive Mr. Tanmay Chandra @ [protected] for getting the machine installed, but he has been lingering and only buying time for installation visit. hence we have logged in a complain with Eureka forbes customer care on 07.01.2016 vide the complain no[protected], but still the issue is not yet resolved. Request you to kindly look into the matter on an urgent basis and get the machine installed at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||
