[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — installation not done till now - purchased almost a week | |||||
Customer id : [protected] Compliant no : [protected] I had purchased a unit magna + ro + uv green on 11th sep 2017 - inr 15980/- full payment made. Commitment given by the sales person that within 2 days, delivery & installation will be completed. Delivery came late eve and due to that technician has also delayed by a day, in-between i tried to reach the sales person as what is the reason. That guy hasn't picked up my call (Till date)... I had reported this in the survey form (Automailer after purchase), as usual got the reply over call after hearing the complete story for low rating "we will resolve you query within 2 working days" Moreover, one more sales person came on 13th sep for demo, as if deal is not finalized, yet for purchase. (Communication with company is also very poor) In a day, i have to make atleast 3 calls as a followup with technician to know whether he is coming or not. Most of the times, he says, on the way, nearing... But finally will reach after 2hrs. Now issue in unit, new unit to be replaced which will take another weeks time. Till date either those guys are not able to resolve the issue nor return back the money... (Requested by me)... It is like... Money invested in a chit fund and they abscond.. "they (Aquaguard) don't understand the importance of drinking water as why people pay 15k, 20k for drinking water. I think they look as money maker" Sales person has made unique point in his selling point, "aquaguard has it service centre on every 5 km in city.." What is the point when installation is not done and having service centre as many? 'never ever i will go back to these cheaters for buying any of their products..'
