Eureka Forbes — installation of product | |||
i have booked a eureka forbes magna on 1st of May2015. the representative visited my place with 30 mins, as the office is opposite to my apartment. they offered me a product and i booked it. I made the payment immediatly trusting on him. person name: Balavant(91-[protected]). He promise the installation will be done on 3rd of may. But i never received a call from him, on 4th i called him atleast 20 times. He did not pick a call once. I contacted the service centre, they said i will get the service on 4th itself, a person visited my place and gave me a broken piece, of eureka forbes, front part pasted with cello tape. since 4th i have been raising compalint everyday ref no.[protected]. 5th, 6th, 7th everyday i have called for the service and everyday they promised me to give service, which has still not happened. so finally i have asked for the refund on 7th. ref no.91837204. I have been extremely harrased by eureka forbes. Expecting atleast i will get my refund of rs.17, 490 without any more hassles. Was this information helpful? | |||
