I purchased aqua guard water purifier enhance ro+ uv+ tds on may 17th 2017 from the de first day itself i am calling customer care people daily for installation while at every time they register fresh complaint and confirm that today by 3 pm the technician will visit u r home but for past 20 days no one came worst experience i am facing for first time installation u r bringing head ache complaint reg no [protected] plz solve the issue immediately otherwuse i compliant to ombudsman against the aqua guard company i spoke to sumathi, swaghi, poornima, vikky, saravanan and many other people but useless to call customer care plz take up issue immediately on high priority to avoid customer inconvenience

We had purchased euraka Forbes water purifier and after six month leaking start we call to service center so many time after that we call to area manager but still no response
