[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — installation request for maxima aquasure water purifier | |||
I called Customer Care on 31st May 2019 and requested for Installation of my Maxima Aquasure water Purifier which was shifted from Mysore. The request no is [protected]. Thrice complaint was registered for not attending the request. Till today, nobody has turned up from your office or called me for the installation. The equipment is still lying uninstalled. While in Mysore, the request used to be attended within 24 hrs. But here, in Ernakukam, nobody attends. I need to get the purifier installed immediately. Matter is URGENT.
