The above said RO is creating problem and was repaired several times by company mechanics, but not working properly till date. Last request made by me on[protected] vide reference No.[protected] requesting to replace the RO; but still we did not get any response from the company. We really became fed up with the service of this company, is this the way of providing services to your customer? Please let me know when can I expect replacement of my RO water purifier, otherwise I will be taking strict action and file a case in consumer court. Waiting for immediate action from your end.
