I have taken AMC on my water purifier .Due to some reason my purifier is not working properly and when i called the customer care, they received my call and took the complain but later when i tried calling again many times, they have not received my calls.Later i cam to know that they are a 3rd party services providers and they dont have any link with Eureka Forbes.
Now i got a question on my mind.If there is no link between Eureka forbes and the 3rd party (Ion Exacense Pvt Ltd), then why do i see their label on my water purifier (the tag has a contact number as Helpline :[protected], SMS "CUST ID" to [protected]) ?
I have this label since the beginning of the time i bought the product.I am totally disappointed as i have paid money for 2 years AMC to them but i didnot get any response from them.
If really ION Exacense has no relation with Eureka then why do we see the tag/label on the water purifier???
