I have logged an online complaint on the Eureka Forbes app on 11 July for change of cartridge and scheduled the visit for 5PM on same evening. At 4.30 Vinod Khairnar called me but I was busy in a meeting so I returned his call after 10 mins. He rudely informed me that because I did not pick his call earlier he will not visit that day but will call next day 12th July, which he never did. I wrote to the customer care email of Deepa but no response so I called Eureka Forbes India customer care number and informed the lady that I want to cancel the technician visit since he never came to change the cartridge.
The customer care lady Chaitali told me that she is CLOSING my complaint because Service Request and Complaint are the same whereas I told her to cancel the technician visit. But still Chaitali insisted that she will close the complaint. So basically I have realised that Eureka Forbes maintains false records of complaints closed even when are not closed. The company makes a fool out of customers when their complaints are not resolved but in their system records they show false closures even when the customer has cancelled the technician visit since they got fedup of their technicians arrogance.
Further I insisted on speaking to a senior and she flatly refused to do so saying the senior was busy on another call. Even after 15 mins the senior was supposedly on another call and refused to attend my complaint.
I am now buying packaged drinking water since last two days due to negligence and arrogance of Eureka Forbes. If customer has to buy packaged water then there is no need to buy Aquaguard because buying it means falling into their trap and being treated very badly by the company.
