Eureka Forbes — Irresponsible behaviour of eureka forbes | |||||
I am shaili misra from new ashok nagar, new delhi had requested eureka forbes for the service.They provided me the serivice request number 15 days back. But they didn't come to visit us. After 4 days, i again requested for the service request. But i didn't get any response from them. It's been 15 days and i didn't get any response from eureka forbes neither i get any call/message from them. This is not at all accepable. This is irresponsible behavior from customer care .
