[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Irresponsible service personnel | |||
Sir / madam, On 17 may i called at the toll-free number to have my nova water purifier serviced. I got a service request number which was [protected] and name of the service person which was dinesh mondal. On the 18th he visited my house, examined the machine and took a day's time to change the panel which according to him was damaged. He took leave never to return. What is worst this is not the first time that i got such irresponsible responses from eureka forbes personnel. This is my third experience. I am thinking of switching over from forbes to other company and will never recommend forbes to my friends and relations. With regards I'm kazi abul khayer Was this information helpful? | |||
