Water is not getting purified and some times direct bore water is getting in to the tank without any purification.
UV light is glowing for nothing when the water purifier is switched on with out purifying the water.
I had several discussions with the distributor about the issues and they have replaced the old machine with the new machine 2 months back.And now I am experiencing the same issues again with the new one.
