[Resolved]  Eureka Forbes — item (ironguard) has not been received (customer code: [protected])

Dear Sir/Madam,

I, RAJARSHI SIL (Customer Code: [protected]), have paid Rs 10190/- (by cheque no. 899225, SBI, Anandapuri branch) for a Dr. Aquaguard Compact and Rs 2150/- (by cheque no. 899226, SBI, Anandapuri branch) for an Ironguard (as suggested by Mr. Subrata Debnath, Sr. Sales Executive (SR)) in favour of Eureka Forbes Ltd on 30th September' 2018.

The Dr. Aquaguard Compact has been delivered on 1st October' 2018 and installed properly within 5th October' 2018 by Mr. Ratan Dey, technician (Installation Ref. No. [protected]).

However, the Ironguard has not been delivered till now. I have contacted Mr. Subrata Debnath, Sr. Sales Executive (SR). But he is continuously making false commitment. Alas! there is neither delivery nor installation of the Ironguard till now. We are very disappointed on this type of false commitment and unprofessional attitude.

Kindly look into this matter and install the Ironguard as soon as possible or refund the money that I have already paid for the Ironguard.
