I have purchased Eureka Forbes Crystal Water purifier and enrolled for Maintenance contract from Oct 2013 till Oct 2016. In the past 18 months only 1 Service is done and there is no proactive calling for Reminder ( every 6 months) from the Franchise. Please take a note of this and extend my Lapse services by further 6 months.
