[Resolved] Eureka Forbes Ltd. — After Changing Filters in renewal of AMC, taste of water has become bitter | |||
I paid Rs. 4605 for renewing AMC of my Aquaguard Reviva.After changing the filters, the taste of the water has become bitter. The Authorisd Franchisee sent a person for checking who says he will replace the sediment filter again. From last 10 days I am pursuing the Franchisee to change the filter but with no rescue. What kind of goodwill will you have if you take money and forget everything? It will not take customer to switch sides if this is the kind of response a authosed franchisee wil give. Moreover, even after contacting customer care yesterday and then again today I am waiting for a call from their service representative (Complaint No.[protected].
