I purchased AquaSure Xpert from M/S Vasnth & Co on 22/10/2015 ( Bill no.[protected]).I lodged a complaint of taste variation on 14.06.2016 (Ref:[protected] After repeated follow up it was attended on 18.06.2016 by company technician.Since he did not service properly tank started leaking and the display went off.Then I lodged a complaint on 22.06.2016 (Ref:[protected]. One Mr.Madavan ([protected]) attended on 24.06.2016 evening. He said that due to the fault of the technician the board is gone and will be rectified before 28.06.2016 and asked us to directly contact him in this regard.Still I call center in this regard (Ref:[protected]and I was told the problem would be rectified on 28.06.2016 itself.Since no person came till evening I contacted Mr.Madavan he told that I shouldcontact him only and would resolve the problem on 29.06.2016.But When I contacted his no several times he kept on rejecting my call on 29.06.2016
