Eureka Forbes — Machine Under AMC not being repaired after repeated calls to customer service center | |
On 7 Jun I logged 1st service request to service my Aqua guard Enhance UV machine . One technician came next day and told some parts need to be replaced . The machine is under AMC till 2017. After that no body contacting or turning up . Again logged a complain#81946430 calling CS but no body turned up . So pathetic service, can't imagine, After logging the complain I repeatedly called CS and every time a new person picks up and says escalating to higher authority . Was this information helpful? | |
