I have a magna dr aquaguardwhich is presently under amc. Last few days light during filtration not glowing. Lodged complaint with your authorised service center at khandagiri in bhubaneswar but no body attending only assuring every time that today technician will go. Further i found there is no difference in test between normal and filtered water. Please note that entire candles and cartridges were replaced a month back. I have also requested to depute technician with proper instrument to check quality of water. I regret no body showing any interest to attend this call. Can you please look into this arrange to attend the complaint at the earliest. Thanks
