[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Magna ro + uv - very poor service | |||||
Dear sir/madam, I have bought the above subjected eureka forbes production a year back and when i bought it i have been told that technician visit will be done automatically in every 3-6 months but there is no technician visit held in complete one year. Apart from above, i am having issue with product that it is not working and when i complaint on 26th october 2016, everyday they are doing the wrong commitments till today (2-nov-2016). this very frustrating for us and my family getting sick for not having drinkable water at home. so, i started buying the filtered water from market. Whenever, i am calling customer care they are just wasting my 30 minutes to complete the discussion and the call getting end up all the time with wrong commitments.
