The water is not getting filled to the tank and we have no water and we are dependent on bottled water now. I have been trying to contact eureka forbes and none of their customer care numbers work. Somehow i got to talk to one of the customer care and complained about the issue. But no one attended. It's a very poor service. Eureka Forbes customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jun 15, 2020 Updated by online user I'm facing the same issue after servicing. I believe the serviceman couldn't find the exact solution for the same. Unable to reach EurekaForbes through their customer care number. I called the serviceman directly and he's not picking up the call. All the services have retained in entire India except Eureka Forbes. I still get a message saying "Due to Janata curfew, we are closed". They don't respond to phone calls, emails, or complaints through text messages. Worst service ever.
