To, The officer concerned, Eureka forbes, B1/b2, 701, 7th floor, marathon innova, Marathon nextgen, off ganpatrao kadam marg Lower parel, mumbai – 400013, india Sub: manufacturing defect in your aquaguard enhance ro system Sir, My submissions are as follows: - 1. That i bought one aquaguard enhance ro system (Unit no. [protected]) on 04th sep, 2014 for rs. 13, 500/- from your authorized dealer metro aqua systems at b-2/26, secotr-18, rohini, delhi-110085. 2. That at the time of purchase the dealer on behalf the company had highly praised the performance of the device in all respects and said that it would continue to give purified water for not less than at least 10yrs. 3. That on the basis of trust and brand name of the company we bought the device blindly. 4. That now we have found that there is manufacturing defect in the device as cockroach enters into the water tank thus defeating the very purpose for which the device has been bought. 5. That this defect could not be foreseen before though it existed right from the beginning. 6. That you are requested either to change our device free of cost as there is no fault on our part or remove the said manufacturing defect or refund the money to the amount of rs.13, 500/- paid by us. 7. That your company has not only cheated us but also the public at large as they might also be suffering like this without being aware. A grave danger exists to the health of the public utilizing your devices as the water consumed by them is being contaminated by the presence of cockroaches seeping into the water tank. 8. That as a highly reputed company you are requested to address our compliant promptly. Otherwise we would be forced to file a class complaint before the consumer forums for justice and also go to the press to in order to expose the grave danger to the health of the public caused by your products.
