Eureka Forbes — Manufacturing defect in product | |||||
I ordered Aquasure aquaflow dx from Eureka Forbes online sales on 6.6.16 vide customer id [protected] the same was delivered to me by the company on 13th of june on 17th june the installation engineer informed me that its solenoide valve was not working product was defected hence I wrote email for replacement on 18th june. Also filled online replacement form on 26th vide #01862 but after repeated emails and number times called up the helpline numbers nothing has been done by the company.despite the company policy of replacement in 15 working days it has been more than a month I am repeatedly told that I will get the product. I have bought product from Eurekaforbs own website considering it would be safe never knew company is so irregular towards its customers.
