Eureka Forbes — Mis selling to achieve the sales target. | |||
I Have purchased a water purifier from Eureka Forbes. Sales person committed that at the end of the anniversary free candle will be provided later I come to know this was false commitment done by sales person. I called that sales person but he changed his statement saying I didn't said anything about this. I raised a complaint on customer care but didn't get any response to my complain. I also tried to call Dinesh Patil(sales person) but now he is not picking up call. I tried t raise by voice on consumer court but looking to the formalities I back off because I don't have so much of time to do all those formalities and due to this reason many companies are taking benefit. Can anyone from the team can take this case forward have right justice Was this information helpful? | |||
