[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Misbehaving with the customer and not providing the required service for aquaguard product | |||||
My reg no is [protected] for acquaguard. I required a service but the last representative named nazrul hassan [protected] who came for providing the service not only misbehaved with my parents but didn't provide the service. This is a harrasment caused by this company and its representative to its customer which is not acceptable at all. The service person who came before nazrul was jayonto roy who provided really good service for tge product. But this person only harrases the customer and I want to escalate the matter to its higher authorities. Was this information helpful? | |||||
