[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Misuse of money and complaints | |||
Dear sir, One of the Euroka forbes Team leader met me in my house and collected the money from me around 24000 and no material delivered so far. Moreover without any appointment he is getting into the site and disturbing the family. Also there is no material delivered at site for installation. After several follow up, electrical technician came to my home at late evening without material and seeking for cash to purchase the camera and cables locally. But this was not the commitment given to me during receiving the order from my site. Overall I am not happy with Karthik - Team leader attitude and seeking money back for last 1 week. Since there is no invoice issued so far for the payment but Karthik claiming the invoice was registered and money will not repaid immediately.
