[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — Need replacement of filters(water purifier) | |||
My product is Aquaguard water purifier and I have the AMC for year since 15.04.2013 to 14.04.2015. Till I got a only one service. Last month (November) I registered my complaint to replace the filters in my product. There was only one visit by the technician who made an AMC for two year but no service of Aquaguard RO water purifier. After that I have called the customer care many times and every time I get a new complaint number, but no technician comes over to check the water purifier and replace the filters.
