[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — need total refund without deduction | |
Brought eurekaforbes dr aquaguard magna uv ro tds from vadodara, During sales people are good but after installation on 31/07/18 the product was defective. The sales person asked for more money 10000rs for replacment. Such a bad policy dont know whether its company policy or sales person policy. For them their 500 rs is also big but customers 10000 rs is also small Very bad customer service and handle over defective product. Tired of harassment i have will file complaint for this mental harassment and now the sales person saying he will deduct 1500rs from total 19490 rs i have paid. I will go to the highest level to get justice.
