Eureka Forbes — Negligence on part of Aquaguard delivery | |||||
I ordered an Aquaguard online. While the device was delivered within two days, the installation has not been done for the past 10 working days. I have been calling their customer service team and all they do is "i will forward your request". No one replies on the email provided by the company The web chat service does not work either. The customer service promises that they will call me back but they don't. I need them to either refund my money and take the device back or come and install it asap. It costs a lot of money (INR 18000) and I am still buying water every day from outside despite having an aquaguard. These is sheer tardiness on the part of the company and i would like some compensation for having been put through so much inconvenience. Was this information helpful? | |||||
