Eureka Forbes — New service Installation

I have been calling the aquaguard helpline since Saturday the 26th of June for the installation of my water filter Aquaguard aura. Every day i get a new escalation ticket number and false promise. but till date, no one came for installation. disgusting service. I have wasted my whole week waiting for it at home. I purchased the product and now it has been 13 days still installation not done if you guys that busy let me know the process to return your product I will choose a different one
