Purchased new aquagaurd water purifier uv + model on 27/7/2017... On the same day of installation the machine started giving tasteless n oily smell water.. I had made 3 complaints for the same.

The technician came and sovled on 2/8/17 but after 1 hour again the same problem started..
Went mad again again complaining to the customer care guys but not solved yet.
Morever the installation guy vinod dube charged me rs 1400 for pressure valve and plastic cover and even did not gave me bill... Pathetic technician... Pathetic company

First of all how can a new machine has a defect even without using it.
Secondly if their product is defective they should immediately replace the product or the faulty part and should not wait for higher appoval.
Very irritating.
I am just contacting through mail, my next interaction would be social media if my problem is not solved asap.
