[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — New water purifier only name no service - great | |||
Dear sir I had purchased a water purifier on 28/03/2016 with the eureka forbes ltd Compact model bearing order form cum receipt no[protected] Since after installation 2 times the same had stopped working On a very first complaint the same was address in 2-3 working days But this time since last 10 days have passed no one is willing to attend the same neither any positive reply from the manager mr yadav with whom i had Purchased is responding. Either u call or make online complaint on the website or call to the manager only tomorrow is the answer u get from all of them. Before this also the same was the backlog with these company purifier. When u purchase that time they are assuring for a prompt service & once u Become a customer after their warranty/guarantee is over they certainly Insist you to purchase a new machine as the existing one parts are not available even though you have a amc contract with the co. The biggest joke is the machine is available online & in market as well & service contractors don't have parts they let reason for non-repairing. Please make some provision for the same & request to all the other Who are planning to purchase water purifier of this co. Not to mistake by Purchasing the same.
