Eureka Forbes — no after service | |||
i purchased booster model water filter in october when i purchased it i was promised by the sales officer mr. sandeep shedekar a cover for the filter and that he would come and monitor the efficacy regularly its been 2 months when i called mr sandeep he said he cant give me the cover as it is out of stock again after a week when i called him he said its not fittinf in his budget so he cant give me the cover and said that he was very busy to even come for service check i feel this is very unprofessional on part of eureka forbes and the sales officer is very rude would like an action immediately i have also put a complaint on the helpline on 3rd dec still no action my complaint number is 89064474 Was this information helpful? | |||
