Eureka Forbes — No engineer attended even after 3 tickets | |||
I raised the coMplaint for Aqua guard total ro, a month back. There were 3 service tickets raised automatically and close automatically in last 3 weeks, but no one visited my home till date..issue still remains for my water filter. Poor response by call center and worst service by Eureka Forbes. After AMC purchase service become worst. Field team is responding only if we pay cash. Was this information helpful? | |||

I raised the ticket for slow water flow issue month back, after that There were 3 service tickets raised automatically and closed automatically in last 3 weeks, but no one visited my home..issue still remains. Poor response by call center and worst service by Eureka Forbes. Even the service engineer not attending now a days. An year back the service was okay and hence i bought amc for the product.
