AMC for 3 years were made. Accordingly services for water purifier must be done every 6 months by the company. But I had no services for the first year since I was out of India to follow up, hence the company is taking advantage if not reminded. Each time I have to call and remind for services .It seems no control or checklist or track was being kept for customer satisfaction and their work is finished once payment is received.Can the authorities make sure that was proper checklist, track and follow up must be done without calling them to keep up the goodwill.
