My name is charudatta badhan and i live in nashik city.
I buyied dr. Aquaguard's "classic" model yesterday but started facing service problems from the first day of the purchase. I requested your sales executive who contacted me many times to buy the water filter but after i purchased it i requested him to provide a water pipe which is to be attached to the outlet from where purified water comes out but after calling him several times he didn't provided us the pipe and kept making the false statements whole day that he is in the way, etc etc and all that but till now i have not received it.
