[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — No installation after 10 days from purchase

I bought dr. Aquaguard classic directly from an eureka forbes salesman from ramanathapuram office of coimbatore on 28.9.2016. He told that the product would be delivered the "next day" and the installation will also be done the same day of delivery. He asked for full amount and i paid cash. The product was delivered after 4 days, but now even after 10 days there is no installation. The salesman should have been honest about this. So the lesson is dont pay the full amount until installation is done. He was only interested in getting the cash, he has no control over installation.

Updated by Manny Subramanian I bought dr. Aquaguard classic directly from eureka forbes in coimbatore on 28.9.2016. The salesman told the delivery and installation will be next day. He acted like a honest person and told that he cannot deliver on the date of purchase itself, but it will be next day. He took full amount in cash. The product was delivered after 4 days, but now even after 10 days there is no installation. Never give full amount until installation even if the salesman forces you. Once they take the cash they will not take any calls. But before they call many times. Otherwise better to go for dealers who take payment after installation. The dealer price is also lower for the same product.
