Eureka Forbes — No one coming for repair of in warranty product

I had bought a water purifier from Eureka Forbes in December 2020. The warranty is going to end in one month, and the purifier stopped working. I have lodged a service request on their website on October 30. I have been calling customer care for the last 25 days and they keep promising they will get in touch in 2 days, but no one is coming or calling or anything! I am convinced that they are delaying it intentionally so that my product will go out of warranty so that they can charge me for the repair. I haven't seen such unprofessional people elsewhere. All they want from you is to buy their product and after that their job is done.
