After taking AMC no proper response for a service issue, a few parts have to be replaced for free, they are delaying the service, from past 3 weeks product is not working, Due to pandemic, it is the very tuff situation for senior citizens to go out and stand in queue for filtered water, even after multiple communications, escalations mail we are not getting the issue solved.
Promising daily for within 24 hrs resolution by every customer, representative but no one visiting to fix the issue. Every two days ticket expires and customer service provide new tickets. Here is the list of renewed tickets -

I request kindly help us get back the AMC amount so that we can go for some other filters.
