[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — no proper response even after repeated service requests | |||
Yesterday i requested for a service for my aquaguard nano ro water purifier, i have clearly mentioned that i have one service due and complained against it as i haven't received the service for the past 6 six months even though i have called the local service personnel several times. But, today when i got the call from the concerned person saying that the service which was due for the past 6 six months is not valid and it's not his problem and i have to pay for it. So, my question is why do i need to pay when they are not able to do the job correctly? What is the purpose of complaining when there is no proper action being taken?
