[Resolved] Eureka Forbes — no proper service for new product | |||
Hello everyone. I have purchased a product from eureka forbes last week. I have purchased online shopping and got free installation. I am facing worst experience with them 1 week they fixing appointment for installation but till the date they are not even responding. Am calling to customer care and make making proper follow up. But no response. The dealer whom they are allocated is not at all responsible. They are not even ready to pickup my cal. Today 7th aug 2017 is the 3rd rescheduled appointment date they have given me on last saturday. After calling them numerous time they again re-scheduling the date to next week. This the contact number of the dealer +[protected] Please don't go for these kind of irresponsible organisation go for other brands whom they take care properly.
