Eureka Forbes — No refund provided after giving faulty Aquaguard twice | |||||
CustomerID [protected] Complaint 93011072 raised on Oct 1st, 2015 This is the bring to your notice that we have received a faulty Aquaguard Eterniti product twice from Eureka Forbes. We have raised a complaint already with Eureka Forbes. Getting improper response but no action for initiation of Refund as the policy states that "30 No Questions Asked refund" .. But till now we are only getting questions but no refund unfortunately . Please look into the matter very seriously as we have already elapsed 9 working days Was this information helpful? | |||||
